College as a Freshman ('08-'09): Attended Joliet Junior College, she was a member of the basketball team and was named First Team Preseason All-American and All-Conference.

High School: Attended Aurora Central Catholic High School where she played two years of varsity basketball and was named Second Team All-Conference. She also played two years of varsity volleyball under Coach Randy Hewitt and was named Second Team All-Conference.
