Biography

2010 - 2011: He was selected a 2010-2011 NAC Scholar Athlete.  He recorded a season best of 14.22m throw for the weight and a season best 51.15m throw for the javeline.

2009 - 2010: He was selected as a 2009-2010 NAC Scholar Athlete. Attended Aurora University and was a member of the track and field team.

2008 - 2009: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the track and field team. He was selected as a 2008-2009 NAC Scholar Athlete.

High School: Attended Plano High School and competed in three years of varsity track and field. He was named Captain as a senior.

Personal: Born 8/3/90 in Aurora, IL.

Family: Joel and Gwen Capshaw. He has one brother, Ryan, and one sister, Michelle.

Hobbies: Music, concerts, lifting weights and bowling.

Major: Mathematics and Secondary Education.
