Aurora University Athletics

2012 - 2013: Attended Aurora University and was a member of the Spartan Volleyball team.  She appeared in 95 sets for the Spartans, recording 145 kills and 39 blocks.

College:  She attended Waubonsee Community College for two years and played volleyball there both years.  She was selected First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Region her Sophomore year and was selected to several all tournment teams.

High School: Graduated from West Aurora in 2010 where she played volleyball under Coach Kari Nicholson.  She received three varsity letters and was named Special Mention her junior year and Honorable Mention her senior year for the DVC Conference.

Personal: Born 2/19/1992 in North Aurora, IL.

Family: her parents are Mark and Darcy Howey and she has one sister Loren.

Hobbies: Scrapbooking, shopping, reading, and fishing.

Major: Special Education.
