Biography

2018: Appeared in 18 games for the Spartans, she recorded 59 goals, 10 assists, 73 ground balls and 40 caused turnovers. Was named Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference First-Team All-Conference.

2017: Appeared in 17 games for the Spartans starting in 16 of them. Recording 43 goals, 10 assists, and 50 ground balls.

2016: Appeared in 19 games for the Spartans and starting 19 of them. Recording 50 goals, 6 assists, and 62 ground balls. Named to 2016 MWLC All-Academic Team and 2016 Second Team All-MWLC.

2015: Appeared in all 18 games and started in 17 for the Spartans. Recording 27 goals, 8 assists, and 57 ground balls.

High School: Attended Eden Prairie High School in Minnesota. She was on the lacrosse team and Nordic Skiing team and was also the Soccer manager. She played lacrosse under head coach Judy Baxter and was the captain her junior year.

Family: Parents Nancy and Steve Colford and she also has two sisters Greta and Heidi Colford.

Hobbies: Sports, hanging out with friends, reading, being outside, playing with her dog and coaching.
