2018: Appeared in 21 games for the Spartans, he recorded 23 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers. Was named Midwest Lacrosse Conference honorable mention.

2017: Appeared in 21 games for the Spartans, starting in 20 of them. He recorded 19 ground balls and 20 caused turnovers. Named 2017 MLC All-Academic Team

2016: Appeared in 20 games for the Spartans, starting 17 of them. He recorded 12  ground balls and 13 caused turnovers. Also earned 2016 MLC All-Academic Team honors.

High School: Graduated Dakota Ridge High School in 2015. Earning All-State Honorable Mention, Fist Team All-Conference honors.
 
Family: Parents Lori and Greg Arfsten, and sister Jennifer and brother Samuel
