Biography

2017: Was selected as a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Honorable Mention Defensive End. Basler appeared in 8 games with 19 total tackles (6.5 of those being for TFL), 3 quarterback sacks, and one forced fumble.

2016: Was a member of the Aurora Spartan football team.

2015: Attended Aurora University and was a defensive lineman for the Spartans.

High School: Attended Rochelle Township High School where he played varsity football under coach Kevin Crandall. He also participated in track, wrestling, and baseball.

Family: Kirk and Louise Basler. He has two brothers Kirk Jr. and Marshall.
