Aurora University Athletics

Devin Vaughn enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Aurora University women's basketball team coming back home to her native Aurora.

Vaughn spent the past two seasons at Elmhurst College as an assistant coach where she also completed her Master's degree.

Vaughn played for Elmhurst College for four seasons from 2010-14. She closed her career as the Bluejays' career leader in assists with 289. She also ranks as one of the team's best free throw shooters with a 74.1 percent average. 

She spent a season as an assistant coach with North Central College after a one-year stint as an assistant coach with Lake Forest College. 

Vaughn earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from Elmhurst in 2014. She also minored in health education and coaching.
