Andrea Renner joined the Aurora University women's hockey coaching staff for the 2024-2025 season.
Owner and leader of Elevate Hockey Development, Andrea Renner has been involved in the game of hockey for over 15 years, experiencing the game at all levels. Renner played her youth hockey out of the Chicagoland area, where she eventually made her way to Northeastern University, playing Division I hockey from 2016-2022 and she would go on to be a four-year assistant captain, claim five Hockey East Championships, two Frozen Four appearances and become a National Runner Up in 2021.
After her college career, Renner shifted her passion for the game into coaching players of all ages and skill levels. While at Northeastern University, she received her Bachelor’s degree in communication as well as a master’s degree in sport management. Instilling the values of hard work, passion and love for the game into the next generation.
Since founding Elevate Hockey Development, Renner's primary focus for her athletes reflects heavily on game situation decision making, individual player skills and player mentorship. Elevate Hockey Development includes prestigious AAA and NCAA players of boys and girls alike.
