Throughout the 2020-2021 year, the Aurora University athletic department will highlight the senior student-athletes. The seniors will provide some insight to their time at AU while getting to know them as individuals they have grown into in their time as a Spartan.

Senior Spotlight: Chiara Pfosi (Women's Hockey and Lacrosse)
Major:Â Psychology and Criminal Justice
What are your plans after graduation? Most likely attending police academy in Switzerland.
What is your most memorable/best academic experience at AU? Maintaining a 4.0 Gpa my junior year.
What is your most memorable athletic moment at AU? Beating Lake Forest last year with hockey and making the championship game with Lacrosse my sophomore year.
Other than the sport(s) you play; what other sports activity are you good at? Soccer.
Outside of sports, what is your favorite hobby or activity? Hanging out with friends.
What is your favorite meal in the cafeteria? Ice cream.
What AU faculty or staff member had the greatest impact on you and why? All the coaches I have had the pleasure to work with here. They have pushed me to become the best version of myself on and off the field.
What do you enjoy most and least about practice? Most to just be around my teammates and least shuffles in hockey and stick work in lacrosse.
Do you have any pregame rituals? Yes, many but I'm not sharing.
What advice would you give to underclassmen at AU? To not the time for granted. It flies by. To work your hardest and most importantly have fun while doing that.
If you had to listen to one song on repeat forever, what would it be and why? Thomas Rhett - Die a happy man, has been one of my favorite songs for a while.
What is something that people may not know about you but should? I can speak four languages.
