Senior night excitement leads to AU win

The Aurora University men's lacrosse team celebrated senior night and with a 20-6 drubbing of Beloit College, the Spartans clinched another Midwest Lacrosse Conference championship with a 20-6 victory.

- The Spartans lit the lamp early and often on senior night as nine different Spartans scored.
- The moment of the night came late in the fourth quarter when senior Conor Holdredge scored on offense.
- AU led 8-1 after the first quarter and were dominating the action.
- The Spartans led 10-3 going into the halftime senior recognition.
- The third quarter has been a strong period for the Spartans and this game was no different as AU out scored Beloit 5-0.
- AU was 24-of-29 on face-offs led by 23-of-27 from Corey Segall.
- The Spartans were victorious heading into the MLC Tournament, 20-6.
