The Aurora University men's hockey team remained unbeaten with a 5-2 road victory at Lake Forest College on Saturday evening. The win is the third for AU over the Foresters on the season.

- AU went to a power play 1:18 into the game and quickly took advantage.
- The fifth shot of the power play from
Brayden Sampson found the back of the net and AU led 1-0.
Adam Keyes assisted on the goal.
- Midway through the first, the Spartans found themselves on a 4v3 power play. It took just 12 seconds for Keyes to light the lamp with a helper from Sampson and AU led 2-0.
- A quick time later and just two seconds after the earlier power play ended, AU struck again.

- The 3-0 lead would hold up for AU as the teams went to the first intermission.
- The second period didn't see either team score with the Spartans continuing to maintain the three goal lead.

Jack Jaunich scored the third power play goal of the night for AU.

- A flurry of activity from LFC followed with the Foresters scoring their first goal in 163:00 game minutes against the Spartans.
- With 3:09 left in the game, Lake Forest added another goal to cut the AU lead to 4-2.
