Biography

2012 - 2013: He appeared in five games for the Spartans, recording 24 rushes for 66 yards and two touchdowns and two catches for 14 yards.

2011 - 2012: He appeared in seven games for the Spartans, recording a total of 46 carries for 160 yards and two touchdowns.

2010 - 2011: He appeared in nine games, rushing a total of 125 yards.  He recorded one touchdown for the Spartans.

2009 - 2010: He appeared in five games for the Spartans, rushing for 37 yards on 18 attempts and recording one touchdown.

High School: He attended Oswego East High School and played two years of varsity football under Coach Mark Green. He received Special Mention All-Area, All-Conference and Team Offensive MVP. He also played two years of varsity basketball under Coach Jason Buckley, as well as competed in track and field for one year under Coach Dwayne Wilson.

Personal: Born 10/28/90 in Montgomery, IL.

Family: Jose and Nancy Rivera. He has one brother, Daniel and one sister, Christine.

Hobbies: Sports, guitar and video games.
