Aurora University freshman women's basketball player Julie Galauner is the recipient of this week's Spartan Student-Athlete of the Week.

The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference announced the 2017-2018 women's basketball All-Conference awards and Galauner was recognized as the NACC Freshman of the Year and First-Team All-Conference by the NACC women's basketball coaches.

On the season, Galauner is averaging a team-leading 15.9 points with 3.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game. She is shooting 44.2 percent from the field and 40.9 percent from three-point range.
