Russe was selected as the AU women's student-athlete of the week after averaging 13.5 points and 7.5 rebounds on the week in which the Spartans went 1-1.

She had a double-double of 14 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the field and 11 rebounds against Concordia University Wisconsin.
