Aurora University Spartan men’s indoor track and field runner junior Mark Sulkin (Elmhurst, Ill./York H.S.) was named Northern Athletics Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 20, 2011. 

Competing in the indoor portion of the Spartans’ schedule, Sulkin set a school record in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:00.20, which was good for a third-place finish in the event at the University of Chicago Margaret Bradley Invitational.

Next action for Sulkin and the Spartan men's track and field team comes on Saturday, February 26, 2011, when they travel to the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships.  Meet time is set for 10:00 a.m. at North Central College in Naperville, Ill.
