Aurora University senior guard Crystal Rios was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week.

Rios had a strong start to the 2023 portion of the schedule, averaging 18.0 points and 6.5 rebounds while 50.0 percent from the field and 53.8 percent from behind the arc as AU posted victories over Benedictine and Alverno. She registered a 17-point, 10-rebound double-double against the Eagles. Rios tallied 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting - including four 3-pointers - while playing just 17 minutes against the Inferno.

On the season, Rios is averaging 10.4 points and 5.0 rebounds per game.
