Carol Christopherson Lathers was inducted into the Aurora University Hall of Fame with the class of 2004.
Christopherson Lathers holds several records including individual career records for 148 games played, 480 times at bat, 197 hits, 149 singles, 100 stolen bases of which 32 were in the 1991 season, and three doubles in a game against Hartford in 1993. In her four-year career at AU, the Spartans were 114-34 and were Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference champions three years and made four NCAA Division III regional tournament appearances. Carol was named NCAA Division III Second-Team All-American in 1991, her sophomore year, and was named NIIC All Conference all four years.
